Course Description :

Business Plans for the Health Care Professional is a not-for-credit course. You will work through the course materials at your own pace.  The discussions, chats and other learner interactions are not required activities.

This course will help you identify the answers to questions like the following;

Why do you want to own a clinic?
What are the first steps to making this dream a reality?
How do you get from dream point A to reality point B?
Why do we need a business plan?
What can a business plan tell us and, more importantly, do for us? 

Recognize that there is no one perfect or “right” business plan tat meets every persons needs.  It is more important to gain an understanding of the business environment and how your plan will look from the perspective of the banker who may, or may not, lend you the money for you make your business dreams a reality. You also can use the course materials to assist you in creating a business plan for the existing chiropractic practice. There are no required texts. This course includes a dynamic spreadsheet that will assist you in making your business projections.

The goal of this course is to build  a self-directed personal roadmap for your ownership of an office.

Course Goals: 

1. Learn about the importance of a business plan to you securing a loan for your business.
2. Learn how to construct a business plan.
3. Improve your business skills.

Tuition is $399 This course is a semester log course. The tuition includes step-by-step instruction on how to use the excel spreadsheet for projecting clinic income and expenses.
