The course uses interactive learning tools. The course is constructed to investigate the scientific support regarding nutritional recommendations and patient care. This course contains evaluative measures in the form of a secure online examination using multiple-choice questions, true/false, short answer and essay to evaluate learner outcomes. The learner is required to actively participate in two asynchronous class discussions. The exam requires a passing score of 75% or the student is instructed to do further study and retake the exam.
