The HelpDesk -
We offer 24/7 technical
support at the Helpdesk! If you have a technical (computer related)
question or problem please contact
the DConline HelpDesk.
The HelpDesk guarantees a 24-hour response time, and they will usually get
back to you within an 1 hour.
You can contact them by e-mail or phone. Remember, within the course, there is also context sensitive Help button found in all DConline
courses on the right aspect of the top toolbar.

Normal response time for online
support by an email request, sent during normal business hours, is
usually a couple hours.
